Description
The City of Richmond is soliciting proposals for professional engineering services to establish a contract through competitive negotiation pursuant to Richmond City Code section 21-68 for pavement condition assessment and analysis services and sidewalk condition assessment and analysis services of City-owned roads, sidewalks, driveway aprons, curbs, gutters, and ADA ramps. The assessments will be performed by the Contractor using the City’s GIS Network. The City reserves the right to award all, or only a portion of, the services described in this Request for Proposals, whichever is deemed to be most advantageous and in the best interest of the City.
