Description
It is the intent of Escambia County to obtain a roadway survey with the in-depth data and analysis necessary to make the best decisions for the safe and effective maintenance and rehabilitation of roadway infrastructure. Escambia County is responsible for the maintenance of approximately 1,600 centerline miles of roadway. These roadways are comprised almost entirely of hot mix asphalt pavement. The consultant will collect pavement condition data on all paved local roads in the county, excluding private roads, state routes, and City of Pensacola streets located within Escambia County.
