TRWD is hereby inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from an environmental consulting firms. During the course of standard operations/projects of TRWD, environmental support is sometimes needed as environmental conditions are discovered. This can include office and/or field investigations for historical resources, habitat and/or wetland evaluations, or permitting requirements. The contracted firm will provide support for these activities. Due to the indefinite nature of the need for services there is no guarantee of project assignment to the firms selected. Selected firms may be awarded one or more assignments as projects become available and based on the availability of the firm. Award of an IDIQ contract, or subsequent assignment under an IDIQ contract, will not disqualify a firm from responding to any future projects for which a project-specific RFSOQ may be issued.
