Description

Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (“M-NCPPC” or “Commission”) is soliciting qualified professional janitorial/custodial contractors to submit proposal for janitorial services for various types of facilities located within Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties. The selected janitorial service provider(s) (the “Contractor”) shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, materials, tools, transportation and equipment necessary for the effective and timely accomplishment of the required services on an on-call basis.
