Description
The Town of Manchester is seeking a qualified land use consultant to assist in the comprehensive review and update of the Town’s Zoning Regulations and Zoning Map. Respondents must have experience and knowledge in the field of municipal planning and zoning. Qualified candidates must show relevant experience in the writing and updating of zoning regulations in Connecticut communities and must have the ability to update the Zoning Map using programs compatible with the Town GIS system (specified below). It is expected that the duration of the project will be between one and two years.
