Vendor needs to provide E–Sports program management and event support services.– The contractor shall provide services including, but not limited to:• Annual esports program planning and management• League administration• Competition scheduling and coordination• Tournament management• Match operations and real–time competition support• Technical advisory services• Esports platform support• Coach development resources• Student leadership resources• Digital citizenship training• Collegiate esports recruiting support• Event planning• Virtual event coordination• In–person championship event support• Live streaming and broadcast management• After–action reporting• Monthly program status reporting– The contractor shall provide Esports Program Support Services.– Services include consulting, planning, logistical coordination, execution, and stewardship of a structured esports program across participating schools.– The contractor in partnership with the Esports Program Manager, shall develop, maintain, and update an annual esports operation plan that outlines program structure, competition schedules, and rule sets. – The contractor shall manage competition brackets, standings, and reporting.– The contractor shall organize, schedule, and administer seasonal leagues and special esports events.– The contractor shall provide real–time match support.– The contractor shall provide technical requirements, recommendations, and guidance related to esports hardware, software, and network performance to appropriate Government personnel for review and implementation.– The contractor shall coordinate both virtual and in–person esports events, including scheduling, communication, and participant management.– The contractor shall source, budget, and lead live or as–live broadcasting for the regular season.– The contractor shall provide after–action inputs to support program improvement.
