TOML Landscape Maintenance

The Town of Mammoth Lakes will receive sealed Bid Proposals for the work shown on the plans entitled: Landscape Maintenance at Various Locations Throughout the Town of Mammoth Lakes until 3:00PM on Friday, October 25, 2024. Project includes maintenance of landscaping facilities at various locations throughout the Town of Mammoth Lakes, including both sides Main Street/ SR 203 from Old Mammoth Road to Mountain Boulevard, both sides of Old Mammoth Road from 686 Old Mammoth Road to Main Street/SR 203, the Community Recreation Center at 686 Old Mammoth Road, and streetside landscaping throughout the Parcel development, including both sides of Inyo Street, Tavern Road west of Laurel Mountain Road, and portions of Chaparral Road. Locations are described in more detail in EXHIBIT “B”: MAP OF PROJECT LOCATIONS of the Bid Documents. Maintenance shall include weekly maintenance, irrigation repairs, removal and replacement of landscaping materials, spring clean-up and irrigation pressurization, fall clean-up and winterization, weeding, and mowing. These responsibilities are described in more detail in EXHIBIT “A”: SCOPE OF WORK of the Bid Documents.
