The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining lawn, trees, shrubs, perennials, irrigation, and landscape features at selected streetscape sites located in 2 neighborhoods of the Bandera Blvd. Special Improvement Maintenance District (SIMD). The Contractor shall also perform other landscaping duties within the Bandera Blvd. SIMD as requested by the City.
