Menifee Union School District is seeking bids under the Informal CUPCCA Bid process for the like-in-kind replacement of (1) 25 Ton York HVAC unit at Bell Mountain Middle School MPR Building (Unit A1) Model #Y12AN24A1IACCAC: . Scope of work shall include a complete turn key unit replacement including but not limited to: -craning (premium time) -rigging (premium time) -delivery (premium time) -disconnection and disposal of existing unit -trash haul out -Pelican system controls (4 thermostats, and controller) -all mechanical and electrical, and plumbing connections -curb adaptor -startup and testing -fire alarm integration as required -1 year full warranty Please note: Price shall include premium time rates (weekend or second shift) for all crane operations. Unit must be of lighter weight than existing unit and fit within the site constraints.
