Hubbard Elementary School - Unit Ventilator Replacement and HVAC Upgrade

The Town of Berlin Public Building Commission (PBC) is seeking proposals for the replacement of the unit ventilators and ventilation system improvements at Richard D. Hubbard (Hubbard) Elementary School located at 139 Grove Street, East Berlin The construction schedule is estimated at 18 months. Project funding includes individual State Grants from the CT Department of Administrative Services. The Hubbard School project will also entail site work, exterior chiller installation, and partial ceiling tile replacement along with other associated work related to the ventilation improvements. The scope of the prime contractor’s work is shown on the construction documents.
