The County of Mohave, on behalf of the Department Name Department, is seeking bids from qualified respondents for Project Title . All bids are due before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . The County seeks to procure an incoming mail ballot sorting solution that is cost effective and will streamline, create efficiencies, and improve accuracy for all aspects of mail ballot processing. The County uses the Arizona Voter Information Database (AVID) to maintain the voter registration roll and to produce, track, and accept early ballot affidavit envelopes. In the event the County changes and/or updates the County's current technology, Offer must accommodate the County's latest update and/or change to the County technology. The County seeks a solution that can be fully tested, operational, and ready for implementation prior to the next major election cycle, which begins Early Ballot processing on June 24, 2026. The County is requesting bids from qualified vendors to provide this solution. The initial contract shall include the purchase of the ballot sorter, system integration, and a maintenance agreement.
