EXTRA-73502 - USA (Gaithersburg, Maryland) - Structural Engineering Plan Review Services - Deadline August 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide structural engineering plan review services to the government authority located in Gaithersburg, MD. – Structural plan reviews may be required on projects ranging from commercial renovations to new construction on projects consisting of multi–family and mixed–use buildings, office buildings, places of assembly and other types of structures.– An electronic copy of the construction documents will be provided to the structural reviewer via email or a file sharing service depending on the file size of the documents.– Upon completion of the consultant’s review, all construction documents shall be returned with the appropriate deficiencies and/or missing information identified via an electronic mark–up/note.– A detailed description of review comments shall be supplied if requested by staff.– Strictly adhering to and managing the approved project and schedule; staff must be informed promptly of any potential deviations.– Consultants shall make themselves available to answer any questions or need for clarification of their completed reviews.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
