CONS-22665 - USA (Verdes, California) - Project Construction Management and Inspection Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide project construction management and inspection services to the government authority located in Verdes, CA.– The consultant shall serve as the Project/Construction Manager (CM) and City’s representative for the construction work performed during the project. The CM shall be providing liaison services and communication to the construction contractor– Oversee the Construction Inspectors on inspecting all aspects of the construction site and construction contractor’s work for safety measures and check compliance with all State and City regulatory requirements– Review and have a thorough understanding of the construction contract documents including but not limited to plans, specifications, bid sheet, special provisions, general conditions, schedule, etc.– The consultant shall provide on–site full–time construction inspection services for all activities that require construction inspection throughout the construction of the project.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
