The Town of Nantucket (hereinafter "Town"), through the Affordable Housing Trust, invites sealed bids for the 71 Surfside Road Renovation Re-Bid project located on Nantucket, Massachusetts 02554, in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by SMRT, Inc. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 44A-44H inclusive and as amended to date. The Project Architect is SMRT Architects & Engineers, Inc., located at 200 Brickstone Square, Suite 303, Andover, MA 01810 FILED SUB-BIDS Filed sub-bids will be required and taken for the following class of work: HVAC NOTE: This bid solicitation is for the SUBMISSION of FILED SUB-BIDS ONLY for this Project.
