The Town of Nantucket (hereinafter "Town"), through the Affordable Housing Trust, invites sealed bids for the 71 Surfside Road Renovation project located on Nantucket, Massachusetts 02554, in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by SMRT, Inc. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 44A-44H inclusive and as amended to date. The Project Architect is SMRT Architects & Engineers, Inc., located at 200 Brickstone Square, Suite 303, Andover, MA 01810 FILED SUB-BIDS Filed sub-bids will be required and taken for the following class of work: HVAC NOTE: This bid solicitation is for the SUBMISSION of FILED SUB-BIDS ONLY for this Project.
