STAFF-16267 - USA (Minnesota) - Special Education Director Services - Deadline July 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special education director services to the government authority located in Minnesota.• Recruit, supervise, and coordinate special education service providers as necessary to meet student needs and ensure continuity of services.• Serve as the designated special education director for  arts high school and ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state special education laws, regulations, and guidance.• Represent  Arts High School in all matters related to special education and maintain accountability for the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of special education programming.• Develop and deliver ongoing training and professional development for special education staff to address programmatic, compliance, instructional, and procedural processes, as needed.• Conduct regular audits of special education records and documentation, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), evaluations, progress reports, and compliance records, and provide corrective guidance and support as needed.• Work with Arts High School Principal to manage and oversee special education service contracts, including identification, recruitment, and coordination of qualified service providers to meet student needs.• Meet with families, students, and school personnel as needed to address concerns, facilitate communication, and support positive student outcomes.• Lead special education dispute resolution processes on behalf of the agency, including complaint investigations, mediation preparation, resolution meetings, and corrective action planning.• Provide ongoing guidance, mentoring, and supervision to special education teachers and staff regarding instructional practices, compliance requirements, case management, evaluations, and service delivery.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
