It is the intent of GRU to establish an annual agreement to procure, on an "as required" basis, Sanitary Sewer Line & Manhole Rehabilitation Services. Successful Bidder(s) shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, licensing, transportation, and other components necessary to provide Sanitary Sewer Line & Manhole Rehabilitation Services that will meet the requirements of the Agreement as indicated in this Solicitation Document.
