Description

The City of Phoenix (COP) is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Engineering services on the COP’s large diameter sanitary sewer pipelines and manholes focusing on National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Grade 4 & Grade 5 infrastructure as per the 2026 Condition Assessment Report that is set to be completed in 2026. Services will include design and possible construction administration and inspection for Cured-In-Place lined pipelines, amongst other materials, and associated manholes. Rehabilitation projects are located at multiple locations within the COP right-of-way or easements.
