(1) Vendor needs to provide landfill yard waste grinding service to the government authority located in Waco, TX.• Accept brush and yard waste materials delivered to a grinding facility.• Grind the material into mulch and stage the ground mulch at that facility.• The successful bidder shall process all wood and yard waste, including stumps, logs, and residual soil, and is responsible for removing all contaminants prior to processing.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 01, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
