Description
The Town of Manchester provides curbside residential leaf collection in two ways; first, yard waste is collected weekly for 10 months of the year, beginning on the 3rd Monday in March and finishing on Friday of the 2nd full week the following January. The other is a one-time leaf vacuum collection which occurs in the mid-November - end of December timeframe. Leaves are taken to the Town's Landfill and Transfer Station campus for composting located at 311 Olcott St. The Town of Manchester is looking for a vendor to remove, and compost the collected leaves from our 311 Olcott St. location.
