(1) Vendor needs to provide energy infrastructure as a service to the government authority located in Tampa, Florida. • Provide comprehensive, turnkey contractor services for the development, design, implementation, coordination, and performance–based delivery of an energy, infrastructure, and building envelope modernization program.• Reduce energy consumption and utility costs through energy savings.• Generate operating expense savings via maintenance optimization and related measures.• Improve building durability, resilience, indoor environmental quality, and lifecycle performance.• Address deferred maintenance, including building envelope deficiencies.• Integrate energy conservation, infrastructure, and envelope upgrades into a single unified delivery model.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
