(1) Vendor needs to provide federal legislative consultant services to the government authority located in Lewisville, TX. – The Consultant shall advise and assist agency in developing and implementing an annual federal legislative strategy that supports agency's priorities at the federal level. For each congressional session.– The Consultant shall maintain ongoing communication with the Texas Congressional Delegation, advising Members and their staff of agency activities and priorities.– The Consultant shall monitor federal agencies and organizations for opportunities and impacts to key agency projects.– The Consultant shall monitor federal funding programs and grant opportunities for impacts and benefits to agency projects.– The Consultant shall be responsible for providing ongoing communication and coordination with federal agencies, congressional offices, and industry associations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
