(1) Vendor needs to provide rotating public art display service.– A rotating public art display, which will be solicited separately through a call for artists.– The screening fence will hold future public art panels.– The public art component of this project will be addressed in a second phase once the appropriate fencing is secured.– Size design, supply, and install a freestanding slatted screening wall approximately 7 feet high and 22–24 linear feet long that will support future art panel installations.– Post footings posts set in concrete footings, positioned approximately one foot inside the property– Line to avoid contact with garbage truck and loading dock activity.– Post and frame system open to any durable, low–maintenance framing system.
