REBID - Federal Compliance Oversite for Concord School Building Renovations

Leon County Government “County” is seeking engineering services relating to federal compliance oversite in of the structural additions, repairs, and renovations to the Concord School Building (Miccosukee Community Center).This renovation project will be administered by Leon County. The required Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) service is verifying compliance with Federal requirements listed in Scope of Services, the firms are required to demonstrate adequate experience and personnel capability. The length of services is anticipated to be 11 months. All professional services to be provided under this agreement shall be performed by firms licensed to do business in the State of Florida and in strict compliance with the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act, 287.055 F.S. (CCNA). A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 10:00 am.
