Bruce's Park PS152 Phase 4, Water and Sewer Replacement

The work under this project consists of approximately 2,431 linear feet of 8-inch and 634 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer mains, including manholes, laterals, and cleanouts. It also includes the installation of approximately 12 linear feet of 4-inch, 715 linear feet of 6-inch, and 2,332 linear feet of 8-inch water mains and appurtenances, as well as 160 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining for indicated storm pipes. The project includes the abandonment and/or removal of existing sewer and water mains and appurtenances. Pavement restoration is also included. The work is to be completed within 360 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), with substantial completion to occur within 330 days from the NTP.
