Description
The Work under this Project consists of the replacement of the existing gravity sewer with 2,977 LF of 8” gravity sewer and 28 manholes and replacement of the water system with 2,951 LF of 8” watermain, associated appurtenances and project site restoration. Substantial completion shall occur 270 days following the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Final completion shall occur 300 days following the date of the NTP.
