State Fair and Bessemer Neighborhood Drainage Improvements Design and Analysis

The City is soliciting proposals from consulting/engineering firms experienced in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, planning, design, engineering, and related consulting services. In general, this project will consist of the following: Performing a detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the overall contributing drainage basin, developing a model for different design storm events, and identifying flooding problems throughout the basin. Recommending feasible design improvements to mitigate flooding problems throughout the State Fairgrounds and Bessemer Neighborhood Basin. Exploring options for the following major storm systems: Summit Avenue Storm System Carteret Avenue Storm System Routt Avenue Storm System.
