(1) Vendor needs to provide medical administration services.– High–cost claim management– Integrated behavioral health strategy.– Pharmacy coordination.– Advanced imaging management.– Cost management: Evaluate current costs while maintaining or improving financial performance and provider discounts.– Administrative efficiency: Ensure accurate, timely claims processing, responsive account and eligibility management.– Network stability: Maintain access to a broad, stable provider network.– Retiree experience: Provide high–quality customer service tailored to a retiree population.– Clinical excellence: Proactive management of complex and chronic conditions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
