Leon County Solid Waste Landfill Closure

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Licensed General Contractor to provide construction services related to Landfill Closure Construction at the Leon County Waste Management Facility located at 7550 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida 32311. Construction Services shall be conducted in accordance with Attachment B - Specification and Attachment C - Project Plans. The primary contractor shall be licensed by the State of Florida as a Licensed General Contractor pursuant to Section 489.105(3) (a) Florida Statutes. Failure to provide proof of State of Florida Licensed General Contractor license shall result in the bid being determined as non-responsive. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 10:00am at at Leon County Purchasing located at 1800-3 North Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308. Immediately following the pre-bid meeting, there will be a mandatory site visit. Attendance at both the pre-bid and site visit are mandatory to be eligible for award.
