Solid Waste Collection Services in Leon County

In this ITB, Leon County (County) is requesting Bids from qualified companies (Bidders) that wish to collect Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials, subject to the terms and conditions in the Franchise Agreement for Residential Collection Service and Commercial Collection Service (Agreement). The Agreement grants an exclusive franchise for Residential Collection Service and Commercial Collection Service within the entire unincorporated area of the County. The County’s general scope of services is summarized in Section III of this ITB. The County’s specific scope of services is presented in the Agreement PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT A TO VIEW THE INVITATION TO BID IN ITS ENTIRITY.
