Notice of Intent to Sole Source Per FS 287.057(3)(c) Contract No. 26-0164-N To: All Interested Contractors Purchase of: Thunder Creek Equipment - Utilities - South Cross - MTT 460 - Lift Stations Looking to purchase a MTT 460 (Product SKU: TCO460M-G3 ) Fuel Pump - Need a towable tank that transport fuel on wheels, allowing for flexible refueling and storage. With a fuel trailer we can purchase in bulk which makes fuel usage more predictable and efficient. Thunder Creek Equipment is the first and only manufacturer commercially offering a transport bulk quantities of diesel fuel and closed loop ISO Compliant DEF on a single mobile platform. 6 months - Upon delivery Contractors who believe they can meet or exceed the stated requirements must provide convincing technical data sufficient to support their position. The Pinellas County Purchasing Department must receive replies to this notice no later than the posted due date. Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether bona fide competition exists.
