Consulting Engineers Middletown, Connecticut The Work includes the following major items: The removal and disposal of an asphalt milling parking lot. The excavation of soil within the community garden footprint to 1 foot below surface grade. The installation of an orange demarcation/separation fabric at the base of the excavation. The backfilling and limited restoration of the excavation area with 1 foot of clean topsoil. The disposal of the excavated impacted soils.
