Description
The Ferry Pass Community Center – Site Improvements project consists of site improvements to a County owned property located at 8800 N. 9 th Ave in Commission District 4 for the purposes of providing a new community center to the Ferry Pass Area. Improvements include, but are not limited to, a new parking lot and entrance drive, stormwater attenuation and detention, landscaping, fencing, lighting, and signage. The existing 8,000 SF building located on the site will be renovated by the Escambia County Facilities Management Department. CEI services are being requested for the site improvement work only.
