Affordable Accessory Dwelling Unit Program

Following a Request for Proposal solicitation for the ADU Program services which yielded no responsive proposals, The Orange County Housing Finance Trust (Trust) is seeking information pursuant to this Request for Information (RFI) from your organization to support in the development and implementation of the Trust’s Affordable Accessory Dwelling Unit Loan Program (ADU Program). Respondents may propose qualifications and information for one or more services requested in this RFI. The Trust may enter into discussions with one, none or multiple Respondents for each service components as the Trust deems it to be in its best interest. See Scope of services in this RFI for further details about the service components. The responses to this RFI may result in an offer for one or more contracts with the Trust.
