The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the City of Pacifica (“City”) to solicit proposals from system integration services firms (“Proposer”) to assist the City with the upgrade of the existing SCADA Visualization and front-end systems for monitoring, control, historical database, and alarming. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
