DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE CITY OF BANNING WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND RECYCLED WATER UPGRADES PROJECT

The City of Banning (“City”) is seeking to establish a panel of qualified entities or individuals (“Companies”) for the 'Project Title . The City anticipates selecting up to three firms to perform the services. Submittals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”). The successful Design-Build Entities (DBE) will be required to complete the Project design as approved by the applicable City approval body and comply with all conditions of approval. The successful DBE must also meet certain specifications and requirements of the City including, without limitation, the provision of specific equipment, finishes, and other performance specifications.
