PROFESSIONAL TRAINING & PROMOTIONAL EXAM SERVICES

The City of Avondale (the “City”) is issuing this Informal Request For Proposals (this “RFP”) seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) interested in providing professional services consisting job analysis, promotional examination development, administration, and related candidate assessment services. The City desires to enter into an agreement with a Consultant/Consulting firm with experience developing testing processes for public safety entities (the “Services”) for a period of one year, with four renewable one-year options, as set forth in the Sample Professional Services Agreement.
