Bid No. 26-17 - 2027 Curb, Sidewalk, and Approach (CSA) Program

This project includes but is not limited to work at properties on/adjacent to the following streets: Clover St. W Whittier Ave. Kevin Dr. Rossmore Dr. Selby Ct. Diana Ln N Diana Ln E Fitchland Dr. Marchmont Dr. Marshall Dr. Rowland Dr. Arms Dr. Lovington Dr. Goodman Dr. Smith Dr. Blossom Ct. Old Yellow Springs Rd. Sarah Dr. The program includes work at approximately 300 addresses. The project shall be completed by the end of the 2026 calendar year. Work includes, but is not limited to: • Removal of Miscellaneous Concrete Items (Sidewalk, Drive Approach, ADA Ramp, etc.) (4”, 6”, 8” thickness) • Replacement of Concrete Sidewalk (4”, 6”, 8” thickness) • Replacement of Concrete Drive Approach (6”, 8” thickness) • Removal and replacement of combination curb & gutter (including asphalt patching and sawing) • Installation of ADA compliant curb ramps with detectible warning devices installed
