Washington County Supplier Diversity Initiative: Preliminary Market Assessment

Washington County seeks a consultant team to support our internal supplier diversity initiative 'Washington County Means Progress." The primary deliverable of this effort will be a Preliminary Market Assessment . We are hopeful that this Market Assessment will allow us to ground our work in data and center community voices through a research justice framework—the findings will refine our supplier diversity strategies and help produce an action plan that is realistic and a reflection of our community’s needs. We expect that the consultant team will take on select tasks in this work, supporting concurrent efforts led by County staff. This project is funded by a grant from Results for America and their partners at the Families and Workers Fund. Proposers are to provide a brief submission that summarizes their proposed project approach, any proposed enhancements or modifications to the Scope of Work, and a detailed task-level budget. Total submissions should not exceed 10 pages, including attachments. Refer to the evaluation criteria for details.
