OC Printing & Graphics, a division of the Registrar of Voters (hereinafter referred to as “County”) is soliciting responses (“Proposals”) from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Offerors” or “Proposers”) to provide Print Workflow Automation Software. Offerors must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work attached hereto as Attachment A.
