New Braunfels Utilities (“NBU”) is seeking a comprehensive Online Forms and Workflow solution with Case Management capabilities to support it’s 80,000 and growing account base. The system should have out-of-the-box solutions with minimal customization requirements that can meet the unique needs of a public agency. It shall also have the capabilities to allow NBU staff to develop custom solutions with ease. NBU is interested in a user-friendly system that will help NBU to improve the customer experience, automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks, enhance process transparency, and help increase efficiency overall. Respondents may be asked to provide further details and software demonstrations during evaluation.
