Description

Vendor needs to provide civilian guardian course curriculum development and iteration service to the government authority located in Patrick SFB, CA.          – This effort shall be for the initial design and full development of assigned civilian guardian course classes/lessons, corresponding instructor guides, and all student–facing training materials– While both parties will collaborate to integrate the final course, the Contractor is solely responsible for authoring and developing all original instructional content for their assigned lessons. – The initial online phase shall consist of a 40–hour online curriculum, comprising a mix of synchronous and asynchronous engagements. – This phase shall be developed as a high–engagement, multi–modal experience rather than a collection of static lectures or slide presentations.– These 40 hours shall encompass the total student effort required to complete the curriculum, such as: mandatory readings, instructional video engagement, independent assignments and other knowledge assessments, online synchronous group collaboration, and direct synchronous (online or offline) interaction with the instructor and other SMEs.
