(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive online program review consulting services to the government authority located in IN.– Engage with an outside consultant to perform a comprehensive review of our online unit and related student success supports for online students.– The review shall include organizational structure, Ivy Online procedures (such as course scheduling and cancellation), and course structure, quality, and instructional practices.– Review should focus on improving online–only student retention and online course success rates to be in parity with traditional courses or to meet nationally accepted benchmarks for online and distance education programs and benchmarking of course design processes, standards, and instructional practices against peer institutions and nationally recognized online education models and best practices.– Consultancy should be a detailed, actionable report focused on increasing retention and student success and containing: (1) a summary of findings of the comprehensive review of the online learning environment at the College and (2) recommendations for improvements tailored to the unique challenges of a statewide, single–accredited community college.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
