(1) Vendor needs to provide financial consulting services related to analysis and formation to the government authority located in Camarillo, CA.  – Feasibility analysis for financial professionals to propose a scope of work that will provide a suitable basis for deciding if it makes sense to form an agency.– Analysis of the potential tax generation by area.– Fiscal impact analysis.– Support and guidance in public processes, including community messaging.– Development of infrastructure finance plan (IFP)(2) The contract period will be for three years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
