(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services to the government authority located in Long Branch, NJ.– Provide consultation and advice on all matters pertaining to the planning, financing, and development of affordable housing.– Serve in an overall development and financial advisory capacity to Maestro CDC andprovide consultation and advice on all matters pertaining to the planning, financing, anddevelopment of affordable housing– Reviewing and analyzing site feasibility, Capital Needs Assessments, Physical Needs Assessments, and development plans,– Assist in the development of an action plan providing administration guidance in planning anddeveloping new affordable housing sites.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
