Police Entrance and Promotional Exam Processes

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to provide consultative services for the Newport News Police Department (NNPD) entrance selection and promotional processes. Services are to include creating the selection process, promotional exam, study guide, post-test review, and any associated reports. The Request for Proposals shall be the basis for establishing a term contract.
