The City of Cleveland (the “City”), is requesting proposals from qualified companies with demonstrated experience in, and thorough knowledge of, security services, with the primary goal of increasing safety and security at various City recreation centers, outdoor pools and surrounding play areas as identified . The proposal requires the use of armed, uniformed, commissioned officers (hereafter referred to as “off-duty police officers or sheriffs”) .
