Description
The project consists of demolition of the existing tennis restroom building, a new 3,500 square-foot single-story structure at the City Park Tennis Courts including tournament office, main entry lobby, teams conference room, restrooms, and storage area. The new building requires a new foundation, which includes dewatering for helical piers, with concrete slab on grade and crawl space at larger restrooms. The structure is made of wood and structural steel with new plumbing, HVAC, and all electrical utilities. Excavation, site work, plaza and landscaping finish the project with the additional plaza space and landscaping as bid alternates. All work will be performed on City-owned property. The selected Contractor shall furnish all administration, labor, management, supervision, personnel, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, bonding, and insurance necessary to complete the project in accordance with the construction documents and specifications for the Project.
