Architectural Consultant for Design of City Park Tennis Court Restrooms

The goal of the project shall include the following: renovation of the existing building to be ADA accessible, and useable for office space, meeting room, storage, and restrooms; level the nearby plaza area (between existing building and courts) and design additional area to accommodate tennis events (tournament gatherings, leagues, etc), incorporating the old stone tower and archway (to the south of the existing building) into the Plaza. The stone portion of the building is historic and should be preserved to the greatest extent possible; however, the stucco portion of the building may be removed if necessary.
