CMAR - Town Center Infrastructure: Aldecoa Street, Munoz Street and Summers Place, Project TC014

The Town of Queen Creek is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide preconstruction services and construction services to complete constructability review(s) and construction of CIP Project TC014 – Town Center Infrastructure: Aldecoa Street, Munoz Street and Summers Place. This project consists of the construction of 3 new local collector roadways in the Town Center area near the Town Municipal Services Building, Fire Station Number 1 and the Town’s Public Safety Building. The roadways included in this project are Aldecoa Road and Munoz Street from Ellsworth Loop Road to Old Ellsworth Road and Summers Place from Aldecoa Road to Munoz Street. Construction will include sewer and water improvements, drainage improvements, curb and gutter, sidewalk, landscape and irrigation, street light conduit, traffic signals, parking areas and new pedestrian infrastructure.
